the view from my balcony was marred by rundown buildings. fifty shades of unappetizing food left me no choice but to dine elsewhere, spending $$ that could've been avoided. i simply can't comprehend why no one offered a complimentary upgrade or gesture for all the turmoil. this hotel is an absolute letdown, could've been delightful, but just couldn’t.

Private beach access was a wonderful addition to our stay.
The reception area felt dark and uninviting, and the sofas looked worn and outdated. We waited an uncomfortably long time for the restaurant lifts, which only fit four people at a time, making meals a frustrating experience. the food was often cold with limited variety, which left us disappointed.

The dull reception area could use a facelift!!! The slow restaurant lifts caused major delays during meal times. Limited bar options left much to be desired, especially with all-inclusive expectations. Better room maintenance is necessary!!!

The Turkish Night offered fantastic traditional food with great entertainment. The food at the buffet lacked variety and some items were often cold. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially at the poolside bar. Our family room had spacious areas and great views. Hot water issues persisted during our stay. Plenty of activities available nearby like biking and snorkeling, but some rooms didn’t have proper sound insulation. The beach was only a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun.
